Old Enyx Password And Password Key Lost

Hello, I just bought FFXIV, but since I played at FFXI a long time ago, my email adresse is already acconted for when I want to creat a new Square Enix account. I try to reset my old accont password, but since I had a one time password key at that time (and I lost it since then) I can't reset me password. What can I do. Thank for your help Guy
