I Need To Uncancel My Account I Jist Added My Ffxiv Code. Can You Help

my Square Enix account need to be uncanceled i jest ded it today at 2:30 pm can you not cancel it so i can play the FFXIV i jest payed for... or give me a new code so i can use a new account? my account the i canceled was my name is Lonnie barrar
