We Now Have Our 5th Reclaim. How Do We Get Sprint To Get Us A Working Phone?
Our daughter is on her 5th Sprint blue Reclaim, since last spring, and it is defective, also. We have driven 100 mikes round trip to Sprint's corporate store, and we have tried returning it by mail after talking to customer service She has spent much time without a phone that works. We have spent hours in the store and talking to customer service. We feel they need to replace her Reclaim with a different phone, since they haven't sent her a Reclaim that works. What do we do?
