For your convenience, in-store and online purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days to any Sports Authority store. Online purchases may also be returned by mail. Please make sure your item is eligible for return and you have everything you need. If you have an oversized item to return, please call our Customer Care Agents at 1.888.801.9164.
2014 Holiday Return PolicyDuring the busy holiday shopping season, we're making things a little easier on you. Our normal 30-day return policy has been extended for all holiday purchases made between November 1 and December 31, 2014. If you are not satisfied with your gift purchase made during this time, simplyreturn it by January 31, 2015 by following our return instructions.
The item must be returned in unused condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges.
