Cal 214-792-4000 and tell the service rep that you need to verify previous employment. You will then be connected to an automated recording. Have the employees SS# available for you to enter when prompted. You can also request a fax copy at the same time. I verified a previous employee in less than 5 mins and had the fax in hand almost by the time I hung up the phone. (Or you can send a written request to fax: 214.932.1324 Employee Verifications Fax)

Employment verification line #: 1-800-764-0059. Employee will have to call in advance, create a PIN and relay the PIN, along with SS# to the caller if salary information is required. PIN good for 10 days only. No PIN is needed to retrieve dates of employment, just the SS#.
