Continued Effort To Receive A Credit Back To My Account
Who can I contact in the company who has authority above your Customer Service agens? This is in regard to not notifying Southwest 10 minutes prior to flight time that I was sick and could not make the flight. Much to my shock, my husband and I lost all funds for the outbound and return flights. This is a very punitive policy and contrary to your years old policy. While it is claimed that there was much publicity, many people, including us, did not see it. You now need a very large and colored sign on the reservation so that your loyal customers stop complaing about this. You might want to consider the consequences of this policy and reverse your decision and allow those who have lost their funds, to recover them. While the information is out of the computer, I have my copy and you surely know if I flew on those planes or not. I am sure that many other cstomers have the same paper work and would be happy to submit it to you. Please get back to me.
