Upgrade Intel Core I7 And 16 Gb Of Ram

I know that computer upgrade king could upgrade this type of laptop, can I upgrade my laptop to core i7 2820qm or 2860qm and upgrade my memory to 16 gb 1600 mhz. I want to upgrde it, what i ahve to do.
