My Sound Bar Keeps Turning Off
Current Answers
Answer #1: Posted by HelpHero on June 8th, 2023 5:31 PM
1. Ensure that the sound bar and remote control are both turned on.
2. On the remote control, press the "Menu" button to access the sound bar's settings.
3. Use the arrow keys on the remote control to navigate the menu options.
4. Look for an option related to "Auto Power Off" or "Standby Mode". Change this setting to "Off" or a higher time limit to prevent the sound bar from turning off automatically.
5. Once you've made the necessary changes, press the "Exit" or "Menu" button again to save the settings and exit the menu.
If the issue persists even after adjusting the Auto Power Off or Standby Mode settings, there may be an issue with the sound bar itself. In that case, it's recommended to contact Sony customer support or bring the sound bar to a professional technician for repair.
