Dvd Manual Eject
DVD does not have a disk inside. I can't open the drive to insert a disk. I followed the manual instructions; (1) turned the DVD on and off and (2) pressed the stop, eject and power button. I can hear the device trying to eject but nothing happens. As long as a disk is in the tray, the device will eject. Normally, I always have one inserted. This time I removed the current disk and for got to insert a new one. I immediately try to open the tray again and couldn't.
