Unit Can Copy A Cd But Will Not Complete Finalize.

After copying a CD and then attempting to finialize, the process will begin with a count down but will then stop and show "incomplete". Additionally the display will show C-14   TOC ERROR. What is causing this malfunction and how can it be corrected without sending it back to Sony? Verify Code:  ETVY
