What exactly is going on with your music player? Can you describe what problem(s) you are having? We can then try and troubleshoot them for you.
Alternatively, I would suggest speaking with Sony Support directly, so they can help. Bear in mind, if repairs are necessary, replacement options would most likely be less expensive.
