My Bass Keeps Turning Off And On? I Have A Mhc-ec619ie Sony

Follow this procedure to troubleshoot if the stereo system turns on or off by itself.

If the stereo system has a timer, ensure the timer is disabled.
If the stereo system has a demonstration mode, ensure it is disabled.
Ensure no buttons or keys are stuck on the remote control.
Unplug the power cord of the stereo system from the AC outlet.
Let the stereo system remain without power for 1 minute.
Plug the power cord back into the AC outlet.
Finally, if the issue persists (or if you require further explanation), you'll have to consult Sony--use the contact information at:https://www.contacthelp.com/sony/customer-service.

if the above steps dont work then only try below steps!!

Unplug the power cord from the electrical wall outlet.

Plug the power cord back into the electrical wall outlet.

Press the power button. to turn on the stereo system.

Press and hold the STOP button. and EQ button at the same time until RESET or RESET OK appears on the display panel.
