Faceplate Of Mex-bt2800 Is Not Working Properly.

The faceplate of my MEX-BT2800 is not working properly It just work volumen and sorces the rest of buttons just dont work I already confirmed with other faceplate and confirmed is a faceplate issu also open the faceplate and there{s no broken solder or cooper traces I think should be some software issue. Any toughts? THANKS!!
