My Kdl46xbr8 Is Having Picture Problems
there are white lines running horizontliy and reddish rectangle ghost blotches on the pictures. they appear on all inputs.

horizontal (left to right) lines are a bad symptom, in 99% of the times it's a bad panel. Hopefully you have an extended warranty (08 model), if not contact Sony Customer Service to see what they will do to help you out, since you bought their top of the line set. They may have a technician look at it and contact them first. here's why:
