Sony Bravia Kdl32m3000 Picture Will Not Open Up

Most likely the cause of this is some internal part or parts failing. However, you can try and power cycle the TV to see if this fixes the issue. Power it off, unplug it and leave it unplugged for a few minutes. Plug it back in, turn it on and restore settings back to factory defaults.
Still experiencing issues: You would need to seek service repairs.
