Adjusting Brightness

How doe we adjust the brightness on a Sony KDF-E42A10 T.V. set?

In the menu under "picture" you will find the video adjustments. I it's still too dark then change the lamp. As they age the lamp grows dimmer. F-9308-750-0 lists for $200 in stock here http://www.andrewselectronics.com/welcome.aspx
