Why Does Sony Treat Aibo Owners Like S----?
Certain m3 parts listed as acive and on backorder. Why do they treat you with disrespect at national parts when inquiring if parts ever will come in? Need deck of cards. Any real oem for sale?

The product has been discontinued. I would wager the issue is with the particular rep you talked to. You're best bet is to keep an eye on eBay. Most retailers list parts as on back order or available from Sony only.
