Lcd Screen Went White

was watching a movie and the LCD screen suddenly went white....have sound though....put in another DVD and same thing no picture just white and we have sound..It looks like it's not reading the picture...HELP!!

If you still have the help guide, you can try to find out if they list this issue. However, my own personal suggestion is that you turn off the TV first and then restart it. Then load the DVD back in and see what happens. Also, since it is an LCD screen that it could be possible that your bulb went out. That is why I suggest finding the guide and contacting Sony if you cannot find the info needed.
