Sony Dschx50v Wi-fi Download To Computer
keep getting message- connected to the access point. Cannot connect to the computer to be saved. Using windows7 & Norton360

Without seeing your setup, inspect your network & camera, etc, it's difficult to say exactly what the issue is. That said, I would recommend you looking at your internet setup to ensure everything is corrected securely. Ensure that your internet connection is not too weak (too slow), that you have enough bandwidth, etc.
I would contact your Internet Service Provider to troubleshoot this with you. If everything is fine with your computer's internet setup, then you may require service repair on your camera.
