Reset Button?

MY zoom is stuck out & will not go back in. Cannot turn my camera on or off. Needing help & want to reset if possible.

Factory Settings

The camera may need to be reset to factory settings.
- To reset the camera to factory settings, locate the RESET button on the camera. Use a pointed object (like a ballpoint pen) to press and hold the RESET button for 2-3 seconds and then release.

reseting the camera wont solve the stuck lens problem. please watch the video on the link below. the guy is solving the same problem on a similar model.
