Technical Problems
when it turns on it goes to lock mode. How do I get it to stop doin that?, I can't even listen to my stereo, ain't even had it that long!

Sony's documentation for this product does not provide a simple solution. (Sorry.) For this LOCKED status, Sony says only "Consult your nearest Sony dealer or local authorized Sony service facility."
