Help

I am currently locked out of my car reciever. THe car radio is only capable of playing cds. i have lost the ability to switch between the am/fm auxilary front in mode and the ipod mode. Also, I am unable to use the buttons on the face plate to select songs equalizer etc. I also lost the ability to adjust the volume. I have tried resetting the unit turning it off detaching and reattaching the faceplate and can not seem to solve the problem. Is there anyway to unlock my unit?
