How Do You Turn On The Loud Feature

I am trying to activate the loud feature on the c_d player in my truck it use to be on in now it's not

Are you speaking about the D-Bass feature?

Turn the D-Bass control to adjust the bass level (1,2 or 3).

D-Bass appears in the display. To cancel, turn the control to OFF.
