Xperia Neo Sudden Restart

i have a sony ericsson xperia neo... I am normally using my phone but suddenly it resart then shows the "SONY" logo then "XPERIA" after that, it resets back to "SONY" then "XPERIA" then restart... my phone is doing this for almost 3 hrs...what should I do?
