Stolen Xperia X10

Hi! my name is jah. i had an xperia X10 but it was stolen. Now, my question is... is there any way for me to retrieve that phone? i have the serial number with me. if it's not possible, is there a way to disable that phone? Or is it possible for me to obtain the SIM card number of the one whose currently using my stolen phone? I would really appreciate if you could help me on this one. Thank you!
