Faulty Phone

i have now had 4 walkman phones off your company and every time the phone has broken causing me to lose all my music and pictures etc. i get the phone through orange and am appalled that you send customers faulty phones. please can i have an upgrade to a newer phone as this is a totally unacceptable thing to keep happening to a loyal customer  Kieran stansfield
