Dbl Billed. Skype Pro And Unlimited Us/can... Need Only One How To Get Refund

Tried to renew my monthly Pro and it did not take but then gave me the option for US/Canada for $2.99. So Thanks was ok but the I added $5.00 in credit and everything looked fine. Place a call to a US number and then I recieved an email indicating that my Pro had recharged. So it lookes like I have two subscriptions going and I seemed to have lost my $5.00 credit. Please Help
