Forgot Both Skype Name And Password, So I Can Not Contact Customer Service

i tried to creat a skype account 2 days ago..I have a order number and a skype phone number,, for some reason the order did NOT go through,,my bank has not payed skype... i don't know if i should start ALL over and creat a WHOLE new account and since i can't contact the customer service, idon't know what to do...The customer service REALLY needs to be overhauled, Very POOR access
