I Have Several User's Names.

On Dec 22nd, I made a payment of 10 Euros to Skype. I have not seen reflected this transaction on my account I have asked several times for the nip to an account I have not used in long time. I received the nip I have copied and paste, no result, done digit by digit mannually, no result. I wrote a note this morning without results. For the third account I am possitevely sure that it was a balance but have not been able to connect to it.
