Stopped Putting Out Steam

i haven't used it for awhile. Was working tbrn stopped. Thi king itmight need descaling or gunk in the water. Can't seem to figure out how to empty the water.

Note: The SteamWorks Pro feature, which means the unit automatically shuts off once the water tank is empty, making the entire product perfectly safe to use. It means you need to refill the water for the unit to work.
