Bobbin Case On Singer 9960 Quantum Stylist Noisey

when I sew I hear a clicking sound and some rattling of the bobbin occurs. more so when I sew on the fast speed. I removed the plate and bobbin case and cleaned it with enclosed brush i received and it still makes the loud clicking sound. it is thread correctly, bobbin inserted correctly and tension set good. it was sewing great then this happened. please help\
