I Can't Seem To Get The Feed Dogs Working On My Heavy Duty Singer 5532.

I haven't made any adjustments on my machine since the last time I used it, but now it won't feed the material through. I'm not sure how or where the adjustment is made . I need help please.

when the feed dog doesn't work it is usually that I haven't seated the bobbin case right. This happens to me all the time. Usually when I take it out and re-seat it, and get the click everything works again. Not 100% sometimes it is way to linty, but most of the time it is the darn bobbin case causing me conniptions.
