I Cannot Get The One Step Buttonholer To Work!! Help Please!!!!!!!!!

I have tried and tried to get the one step button holer to work. Finally twice I got some sort of a buttonhole ... not great but it was one. The video I got with my new machine is absolutely NO help at all. I bought this machine because of the 1 step process!!!
