I Have No Internet Conection Why?

Greetings - Have you already setup your phone's APN (MMS & Internet settings). One can nether access internet nor send/receive Multimedia Message Services (picture messages eg.) prior to setting up APN. These settings can be freely obtained from Simple Mobile. If you however had already setup your phones APN, then it may be that they have been altered by mistake. You can simply delete them and request them afresh from Simple Mobile if you suspect this to be the case. Please do repost for any other needed assistance.
