I Phone Photos And Shutterfly Share Site

Co-Teacher keeps trying to send photos taken with I Phone to our Shutterfly share site and they are not appearing.  Please help.  I set up the account and have her listed as an owner with everything enabled.  Did I miss something or is it something with her I Phone?  I can email photos from my blackberry...
