Cd Player Not Working - Er Cd11
CD trays do not open/close. None of the CDs in the tray will play. When I press the eject or play buttons I end up getting a "Checking" message. After a few more attempts, I receive an error message "Er CD11". What can be done to address this error message? Thank you!
