Communications Between My Pc And Xe-a302
I get two different error messages when I try communication between the two devices: 1. With the cable disconnected I get a "RS232 cable not connected (Check cable connection or PC COM setting)" 2. With the cable connected I get the following error message," Retry over: Check setting for communication. Is it a ECR under processing?" I have used both devices flawlessly for several years and now I am getting these messages. I have installed the software on another PC with the same results. Thanks for your help.
