My Machine Doesn't Want To Open The Box And Write By Theirselve, What I Can Do.

Hi. The should be an emergency latch under the register for instances where the drawer will not open. It may be that the solenoid that releases the drawer which is spring loaded is not operating. The drawer fuse may have blown on the power supply to the solenoid. You will need a technician's assistance.
