Sharp Xe-a102
Hello, I have a Sharp XE-A102 that I "inherited" from another location within our corporation. The register was already programmed and we just began using it. However, I have noticed
that the "Z" tape is not calculating correctly. The "Z" tape was correct for the 1st day we
used it, but ever since that first day it has been incorrect. For example:
Register Total: 85.79 - 17.02 (employee discount) + tax 6.71 = 75.48. However, my "z" tape
total for deposit is $77.59. Another example: Register Total 71.59 - 12.47 (discount) + tax
5.61 = 64.73. "z" tape total for deposit is 64.97. So the errors are not consistent. Can
you help?
