I Change The Inner Battery, But I Loose The Memory; Please Tell Me How Can I Fix

Unfortunately you can't. Once the battery backed memory has been cleared, either by you intentionally, or by removing the battery, it's gone. Thats the purpose of the battyer, to retain that data when the power is off. The only option is to write down the info before you swap the battery.
