What Is The Procedure To Defrost Food?

Food and weight-specific instructions for defrosting in your microwave oven are given (in detail) on page 15 of the User's Manual. If you have misplaced your copy, you can download and/or read it here. Follow the directions carefully, especially in regards to turning over, breaking up, re-positioning food during the defrost cycle. If you don't, the food will begin to (actually) cook instead of just defrosting.
