How Do I Use Document Filing In My Mx M363

How do I use the document filing system in my Sharp MX-M363, I need to store sections of our new hire orientation packet for each department head to be able to access. Thanks Velvet Bell, RN/Staff Dev Coord/Infection Preventionist Beech Tree Manor Nursing Home

document filing

scan to hdd

now you name the file if you like and or password protect it.

if you use the web interface, you can create a custom folder and save the file to a spcific folder...you can also download the user manual as well which explains all of this..

open webbrowser, type in IP address of copier, lower left side "download user manual"ft
