How to set up a folder to print to.

You dont have to create a folder if you use the Main folder
Print a document
printing preferences
JOB HANDLING
-RETENTION
-enter a 5-8 digit password
Apply
OK
(to retrieve the file)
Document filing
Main folder
select file and enter same 5-8 digit password
Select Print and Delete
there you go.
when in doubt RTFM. open webrowser type in IP address of the copier, on the lower left of screen OPERATION MANUAL download
