Sharp Aquos Lc-c3742u Power & Opc Lights Blink Together, Then Power Alone

Sharp Aquos LC-C3742U,, black screen. Power & OPC lights blink once together, then the power alone, then repeats when plugged in. I can stop them blinking by unplugging, holding down both the Volume down and Channel up buttons while re-plugging it in. I've tried various combinations of buttons to get into a further menu, but can't. Does anyone know what this error code is or how to get into a further menu to find out?

Is your TV on the correct input? Change the input on your TV if needed. Check for loose or damaged connections on the back of your TV. Make sure the component you are trying to watch is turned ON. You can also unplug the TV for 10 minutes and see if that resets the issue. As a last resort, go into the menu of your TV and do a factory reset.
