No Picture, Power Is On And Flashing
i threw the remote at my sharp liquid crystal tv, model #lc-46d65u. what should I check first. it hit in the middle of the screen. Power light is flashing when turned on but no picture at all.

the screen is a VERY thin piece of glass and easy to crack. Take a flashlight and point it into the screen to see if you see any spider web looking cracks. If so then it is only worth salvaging it for the circuit boards. the price of the panel is too expensive to replace.
