Sharp Lc46d64u - Lights Blinking

I know that this question has been brought up already but I am here to give you my technical specifications. I have a Sharp LC46D64U TV that is not turning on. Whenever I plug in the power cord, it doesn't turn on. THe power light comes on with no light on the TV at all. The power light comes on and stays on for a couple of seconds. Then the power light and the OPC light flash together and then only the power light flashes 3 times. Repeating the cycle over wit hthe power light and OPC light flashing once.
