Drawer Doesn't Open Without Help?
You have to pull on handle to get the drawer to open after hitting the open key. Makes a tremendous grinding, cug, cug cug sound, until you grab the handle and tug. Then the drawer opens put not very smoothly or quietly.Any suggestions?

I think their is something blocking the mechanism
Bend a thick metal coat hanger into a shape with a hook on the end so you can pull the various things in the way free of the griddle. Have someone holding a flashlight so you can see what is there.
Alternatively the whole oven may be moved out from the wall and turned on its side, but do turn off the circuit breaker before doing this to be safe.
