Faint Printing
Recently a tech told me I needed to repldrum the drum and that was the reason the fax machine was not working. He cleared memory and cleaned the machine and told me to replace the drum ASAP. We did and despite a new drum andrelatively new toner, the copies still come out light practically unreadable. The contrast is set to mediumand changing to high hasn't changed anything. Any thoughts?
