The Cd Trays Will Not Open On Sharp Cd-dh950p
The CD trays will not open. It says D1 open on the screen & makes the sound of opening but will not actually open.

Have you tried opening the tray by using the receiver controls. Trey power-cycling the unit by removing the wall plug. If that fails try resetting the unit by following the reset procedure noted on page 15.
