Seiko 8f56-0020 & Seiko 8f56-002a What's The Difference?

I have a Seiko 8F56-0020 wich used to be my fathers before he died.Since i own it from 2004 ik broke down several times and i have had to put in a new klockwork 3 times.But now Seiko isn't able anymore to provide a new klockwork for this watch and am i searching for a not to expensive donorwatch.It seems that the 8F56-0020 is much harder to find than the 8F56-002A Can anybody tell me wat the difference is between these watches and if the parts from an 8F56-002A can be used for the 8F56-0020Thank you in advance.
